Tracy Zwickis
Family Program Director
Tracy Zwickis serves as Family Program Director at Hope Lutheran Church, overseeing both Little Blessings Preschool and the Xplore program. She stepped into this expanded role in 2025, bringing with her a passion for early childhood development and a deep commitment to creating faith-filled environments where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Tracy first joined the Hope staff in 2017 as a teacher in Little Blessings and has since become a key leader in shaping the care and education ministries for Hope’s youngest families.
Before entering the field of education, Tracy spent 15 years working in the insurance industry and several years as a stay-at-home mom—experiences that helped form her organized, nurturing, and relational approach to ministry. She and her husband, Rob, moved to Wake Forest in 2014 and are the proud parents of three children: Kate, Chris, and Allie. Tracy loves spending time at the beach, where the waves, breeze, and sunshine bring her peace and renewal.
Tracy is passionate about helping children build strong foundations in faith and life. Her favorite book, Oh, the Places You’ll Go!, reflects her belief that every child is full of promise—and that God walks with them every step of the way.
