Small Groups at Hope

At Hope, Small Groups are a place to belong. We are always growing and adding new groups so there are opportunities for all ages, life stages, interests, and more. Some groups gather for Bible study, others around shared activities, and many come together to serve and volunteer as a way of living out their faith.

No matter where you are in life, our hope is that you find a group that fits you—a place where you can build meaningful relationships and grow deeper in your walk with Christ.

“Two are better than one… For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow.”
– Ecclesiastes 4:9–10

Connect.  Grow.

All About Small Groups at Hope

Small Groups at Hope are all about connection, community, and growing together in faith.

These groups bring people together to share life, build relationships, and deepen their walk with Christ in a supportive, welcoming environment.

With over 25 Small Groups meeting in a variety of ways—both in person and online—there’s a place for everyone, no matter your age or stage of life. Groups gather around shared interests, life stages, gender, activities, or Bible study topics, offering opportunities for meaningful conversation, prayer, and fellowship.

You don’t have to be a member of Hope to join a Small Group. All are welcome. Whether you’re new to church, new to the area, or simply looking for deeper connection, Small Groups are a great place to belong.

Ready to Join and Connect with a Small Group?

Looking for Christian friends to walk alongside you? Wanting to grow deeper in faith or find a place where you can be yourself and be supported?

Small Groups are a wonderful way to get connected at Hope.

We have groups for many different interests and seasons of life—parents of young children, adults in similar life stages, Bible study groups, fellowship-focused groups, and even groups centered around shared activities like meals or games. New groups regularly launch or relaunch, so there are always fresh opportunities to connect.

Not sure where to start?    Check out our Small Group Booklet for a current list of available groups, or reach out directly for help finding a group that fits you.

Have an Idea for a Small Group?

Have a passion, interest, or idea that you don’t see represented yet?

We’d love to hear it! Small Groups at Hope often begin because someone sees a need or has an idea for bringing people together.

Whether it’s a new Bible study, a fellowship group, a service-focused group, or something unique to your interests or life stage, we are always open to exploring new group ideas. You don’t have to have everything figured out—support and guidance are available to help turn ideas into welcoming, meaningful groups.

If you’re interested in starting a new Small Group or want to talk through an idea, reach out to Wesley to begin the conversation.

Let’s dream and grow together.

Small Group Ministry Resources

  • About Our Resources

Hope’s Small Group Resource Hub is designed to support our Small Groups with trusted, Christ-centered tools for learning, discussion, and spiritual growth. Some resources are always available online, while others are physical studies and video-based guides meant to serve as ideas and options for groups to explore together.

If your group needs help choosing a study, incorporating video teaching, or finding the right fit for your season, we’re here to help.

  • Online Study Resources

These Digital Small Group Resources are always available online and can be used by individuals or groups at any time. They work well for groups that meet virtually, want flexible scheduling, or prefer content that can be accessed on-demand. Many include short devotions, multi-week studies, or discussion guides that can easily be adapted for small group use.

These resources do not require checkout and can be used immediately.

  • Hard Copy Study Resources

These Print Study Guides and Book Studies are physical resources available at Hope and serve as ideas and options for Small Groups looking for structured, in-person studies. They include Bible book studies, topical discussions, and longer-term series that groups can explore together.

Not every group will use these the same way — and that’s okay! These materials are meant to spark ideas and provide trusted starting points.

Access: Please contact Wesley before using or checking out materials.

  • Video Resources

These Video-Enhanced Study Guides are Small Group studies that incorporate video teaching alongside guided discussion. The videos help introduce topics, provide teaching moments, and engage group members visually, while leader and participant guides support meaningful conversation.

These studies are especially helpful for:

    Groups that enjoy structured guidance

Groups with mixed levels of Bible familiarity

Groups looking for teaching support alongside discussion

Because these studies often include multiple components (DVDs, leader guides, participant materials), groups should contact Wesley for help selecting, scheduling, and using these resources effectively.
