Prayer & Care

Prayer & Care at Hope is about walking together through every season of life.

Whether celebrating joyful moments or navigating grief, illness, or uncertainty, this ministry exists to offer prayer, compassion, and Christ-centered support.

Through listening hearts, faithful prayer, and practical care, we seek to remind each person that they are seen, loved, and never alone.
