Lana Krieps

HR Coordinator

Lana Krieps serves as HR Coordinator at Hope Lutheran Church, where she manages human resources administration and payroll processing with professionalism, attention to detail, and a heart for service. She brings a strong business background to her role, holding an associate’s degree in Banking and Finance, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, and a graduate degree in Business Administration and Executive Management.



Lana is passionate about creating a supportive and organized environment for Hope’s staff, helping ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Her work reflects both her administrative skill and her commitment to Hope’s mission. Lana is married and enjoys living out her faith in community, though she prefers to stay out of the spotlight.


Lana is guided by the truths of Luke 8:11 and 1 Corinthians 10:23–32, and she values serving in a church where God’s Word is planted, nurtured, and lived out in both big and small ways.
