2012 “Summer Expressions” Summer Program
SE Program Hours 9:00 AM – noon, Monday through Friday.
The daily agenda includes “Jesus Time”, music, art projects, stories, snack and outdoor play. As with Hope’s preschool, Christian principles and teachings are emphasized as children interact and engage in activities centered on living and learning.
Registration will begin Friday, February 24, 2012 on a first come, first serve basis. Please return applications by mail or in person to the preschool office. A one time $50.00 registration fee (non refundable) per child is due with your application. You may register for as many weeks as you like. The program will be closed Wednesday, July 4, 2012 for the July 4th Holiday and tuition will be prorated for that week.
- Members of Hope Lutheran Church will receive a weekly discount of 10% on the first child.
- Multiple child tuition discounts will be given to all families based upon the following schedule
- 1st child pays full tuition
- 2nd child – 10% discount
- 3rd child – 15% discount
SE Tuition Payments are made in advance. You will receive a confirmation letter with tuition payments based on your selections on the registration form. Each session tuition payment dates are below.
SE is a nine week program divided into 3 Sessions with payments due as follows;
- Session 1 -May 29, June 4, June 11: Payment Due – Tuesday May 29
- Session 2 – June 18, June 25, July 2: Payment Due – Monday June 18
- Session 3 – July 16, July 23, July 31: Payment Due – Monday July 16

Late Tuition Fee – A late fee of $10 will be assessed after each payment due date.
Change Fee – A $10.00 change fee will be assessed to your tuition payment for each change made per child.
Cancellation/Withdrawal Fee – All staffing for the summer program is based on enrollment, therefore tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you cancel an entire week, a Cancellation Fee of half the week’s tuition rate will be charged. If you withdraw from the SE program, a Withdrawal Fee of half of all the week’s tuition rate will be charged.
NOTE – Vacation Bible School will be July 9-13. Vacation Bible School registration is separate from Summer Expressions, and registration will be available online in June from Hope Lutheran Church Children’s Ministry.
