The people of Hope Lutheran Church are committed to proclaiming and living the Word and love of Christ.
Welcome from the entire congregation at Hope Lutheran Church in Wake Forest, North Carolina. The ministry has been blessed with the fellowship of many people who are excited by the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ
As the first Lutheran Congregation in Wake Forest, Hope was founded to be:

Who We Are
Hope Lutheran is a young, vibrant, progressive and growing congregation established in 1996 as a mission congregation connected to the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. We are a diverse congregation of over 500 families, reflecting the character of our community with many young families, children and youth. Hope is also blessed by participants of all ages coming from so many different church backgrounds and parts of the country, including folks who are new to the Christian Faith. We are active in outreach and service in the community and provide excellent ministries to help people grow spiritually.

Join Hope Lutheran Church
If you desire to join Hope Lutheran, a New Member Class is currently offered in the spring and fall led by our pastors.
We value our Lutheran Heritage offering weekly services that include acts of adoration, confession and absolution, thanksgiving and prayer as we open our lives to the Word of God.
On Saturday evenings at 5:30pm, a “Celebration Service of Worship & Praise” offers a more informal worship service that includes praise songs led by a praise band and vocalist, Scripture lessons, message by the Pastor(s) and prayers.
On Sunday mornings participants can choose to attend:
- 8:30am – More traditional service
- 11:00am – A blended service of worship
A fully staffed nursery is provided for children 4 and under at all services.
Building Hope for Years to Come
It’s a challenging and exciting moment in the history of Hope Lutheran Church, but let’s remember that we’re Building Hope for year’s to come “and hope does not disappoint us!” It is God’s promise that has sustained us in the past – and then some!
