Worship Resources

Worship Services at Hope

All are welcome to join us for worship this weekend at Hope Lutheran Church! Services are on Saturday at 5:30 PM; and Sunday at 8:30 and 11:00 AM. Social distancing and masks are not required, but masks are still strongly recommended for those who are not fully vaccinated. For those who wish to maintain social distancing, seating will be available this weekend in the back of the church, the front wings, and the balcony. Advance registration for worship services is no longer necessary. For more details, check out What to Expect at Hope’s Worship Services.

Online Worship
Every Sunday, Hope's 8:30 & 11:00 AM services are live-streamed and a recording of the 8:30 AM service is available for viewing after 10:00 AM. 

Midweek Communion
For those unable to resume in-person worship, Hope offers small (ten-person maximum) Midweek Communion services weekly. For planning purposes, advance sign-up is required.

Worship Check-In 
If you attend in-person or online services, please record your weekly attendance at the beginning or after each service.

In-Person Sunday School for Children, Youth, & Adults

All Sunday school and Adult Education classes will be from 9:45-10:45 AM. No advance sign-up is required for these classes.

  • Hope 5 (June 18, 2021)
  • Disaster Response Training Class. Are you interested in serving as a disaster response volunteer? Would you like to feel more prepared if a natural disaster hit our region, state, or community? You're welcome to attend a Lutheran Early Response Team (LERT) training course at Hope on Saturday, July 10. Learn more

  • Vicar News. Vicar Drew Thompson’s final Sunday at Hope will be June 27, and then he and Katie will head back to St. Louis for his final year of seminary classes. On the weekend of July 3-4, Hope will welcome a new vicar, James Kirk, for the 2021-22 year.

  • Congregational Assembly. Members of Hope are encouraged to participate in a Congregational Assembly on Sunday, June 27 at 2:00 PM. An update on the overall state of our congregation will be shared, along with a financial report and a preview of exciting ministry challenges and opportunities in the months ahead. Please note that the budget for 2021, adopted in January as a two-part financial plan, will not need to be revised for the second half of the year.
