Service Times

Hope is a congregation that seeks to be an inviting and friendly worshipping community.

We value our Lutheran heritage and each service follows a liturgical format that includes the celebration of Holy Communion. Also, at each service, children are invited to share in a special message designed just for them. While Hope does not use any specific hymnal or hymnbook, we do draw from a variety of resources in preparing our services.

We currently offer four worship service times each weekend where we receive God’s wondrous gifts through his Word and Sacraments. Seating is limited all services, due to social distancing measures. Please call or email the church office (919-554-8109 or ) in advance to talk over which service you would like to attend. Online worship services are available weekly, as well.

Saturday 5:30pm

Contemporary worship service featuring songs led by Hope’s Praise Band.

Sunday 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am

Traditional worship services featuring many of the great hymns of our faith.

Lent Midweek Services

Beginning Wednesday, February 24, Midweek Lent services will be held each week in the Sanctuary at 7:00 PM. No advance sign-up is necessary for those wishing to attend in-person, although social distancing and mask requirements will remain in place. Midweek Lent services will be live-streamed each week (bulletin), and a recording of each week’s service will be available after 9:00 PM each week.
