Welcome to Xplore, a Christ-centered track out camp for children in Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Xplorers spend the day creating with food, art & science. Meeting new friends, burning energy through games, sports and outdoor recreation and discovery!

Campers are taught God’s love through weekly themes that incorporate Bible stories, games, and more!

Xplore Track Out Camp Information
Hours: Track out camp hours: 8am-5pm Monday – Friday (early childcare availabel upon request)
Lunch: Each child will need to bring a nut free lunch and two snacks each day
Fees: $175 for the week or $37 per day. $50 deposit is due at time of registration, credited to your first payment, Fees are non-refundable. Fees are due the monday before that week begins
Early Childcare: From 7:30am-8am and is $25 per week
Discounts are available for Hope Lutheran members, multiple children and consecutive weeks (see registration page)

HOURS
Track-out camp hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Early Care is available upon request for the week. Each camper will need to bring a nut free lunch and two snacks each day.
EARLY CARE (optional)
Early care is from 7:30 to 8:00 and is $25 per week.
FEES
The fee is $175.00 for the week or $37 per day. To secure your spot, a $50 deposit is due at the time of registration, which will be credited to your first payment. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Each week’s fees will be due the Monday before that week begins.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts will be calculated on your confirmation and payment schedule. The following discounts are available and will be applied after registration:
- Hope Lutheran Church Members are 10% off
- Multiple Child Discount: 2nd child is 10% off; 3rd child is 15% off
- Multiple consecutive weeks, 10% off per week
POLICIES
The following policies and fees apply. Please note that NO refunds will be given for cancellations on or after the first day of camp.
- If you need to switch weeks or make any other changes, you will be assessed a $10 change fee.
- Once your registration has been processed, if you cancel for any reason, you are still responsible for paying half the fees for that week/day.
- If you withdraw from all weeks/days after your registration has been processed, you are still responsible for paying half the fees for all weeks/days for which you registered
