Tuition Policy

Below is a list of important information regarding tuition, policies, fees, withdrawls and more at Hope Lutheran Preschool. We welcome any questions or concerns you may have so please feel free to call the preschool anytime.

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month starting with the August tuition. Payments are due each month through April

Checks should be made payable to Hope Lutheran Preschool. Most banks can now provide automatic bank drafts for your convenience.
The preschool also offers The Simply Giving Program through Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a pre-authorized withdrawal from your checking account for automatically paying your monthly tuition.

An automatic late fee of $15.00 will be added to your child’s tuition account after the 5th and should be included with your late tuition payment.
Hardship arrangements must be made prior to 5th with the preschool director.

All fees past due after 30 days will result in dismissal of the student from the program.

A $25.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
After a second returned check all future tuition payments must be made in cash or money orders.

Checks may be deposited at a designated location at the Administrative Assistant’s desk or mailed to the preschool. DO NOT give your check to the teacher or send it in with your child.

Tuition payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and are not affected by holidays or absences. Tuition is a yearly amount paid in (9) equal payments and are not affected by months with 5 weeks or months with 3 weeks
