Registration for the 2012-2013 school year will begin in late January 2012 for the Community.
Members of Hope Lutheran Church have first priority for registration; followed by Current students and their siblings. Refer to chart below for exact dates. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. An application will not be accepted without a registration fee. Registration fees are non refundable and non transferable except when space is not available for your child. Multiple child discounts will be given. The school year will begin with two events in late August; an Open House for Parents and a Children’s Orientation.

Registration Dates for Fall 2012-2013
Hope Lutheran Church Members
- Monday, January 30th beginning at 8:30am
- Tuesday, January 31st beginning at 8:30am
Members must turn in completed packages on these dates in order to receive church member priority.
Currently Enrolled and their Siblings (Morning and Afternoon Programs)
- Wednesday, February 1st beginning at 8:30am
- Thursday, February 2nd beginning at 8:30am
- Friday, February 3rd beginning at 8:30am
Spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Registration forms are dated and numbered as they are received.
Open Enrollment for Community
Friday, January 27th at 7:00pm, Children’s Center/Fellowship Hall
- Registration Packages may be picked up beginning Monday, January 23rd.
- Each family will randomly draw a number to determine their order in the registration process at 7:15pm.
- No applications will be accepted prior to the random drawing on Friday, January 27th. There is no need to come prior to 7:00pm. Registration will take place in the Preschool Building.
- The community registration envelopes are not opened and processed until Monday, February 6th.
- Notification of your child’s registration status will be mailed to you on Monday, February 10th
Spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Registration forms are dated and numbered as they are received. You will be notified in writing of your registration status no later than Monday, February 10th, 2012

Please review the birth date requirements as stated by North Carolina. Also, please note that the 2/3, 3/4, and 4/5 classes are by teacher/director recommendation.
