Parents’ Night Out Fundraiser

December 15; various shifts starting at 4:00PM
Have you signed up to volunteer during the Parents’ Night Out? The PNO is a time where parents can drop off their children for a much needed “silent night.”  We need you to help -  all proceeds go to the 2018 Winter Retreat.  Sign up for a shift (or two!) here.  Afterwards, stay up all night with our Christmas Lock-in (see below).

Christmas Lock-In (after the Parents’ Night Out Fundraiser)

December 15 from 10:30PM-8:00AM; cost is $5
O Come all ye faithful, after working the Parents Night Out youth fundraiser, join us for a Christmas lock-in complete with snacks, games, and a Christmas movie marathon. It will definitely not be a “silent night.” Participate in the Christmas sweater contest and win a trophy.  Sign up here.

Youth Bonfire & S’Mores Night

December 10 from 6:00-8:00PM
Are you overwhelmed by school and the hustle of the Christmas season? Want a place to just hang out with friends? Come to the youth center 30 minutes early for games, and snacks. Warm up by the fire and make the perfect s’more. 6pm -8pm Sunday!

Wreath Sales Youth Fundraiser

Orders: November 4-5 & 11-12
Available for Pickup: December 2-3, before/after services
To help off-set the cost of the High School Youth retreats/servant events, all 9-12 graders are encouraged to sell Christmas wreaths. The cost is $15 for a 16” or $25 for a 24” wreath. Bows are an extra $3/wreath. Questions? Contact Wesley Spottiswood at .


Sunday Night Youth Group 

Every Sunday from  6:30-8:00PM. These evenings are a variety of small group meeting times, large group games, service projects, and outings.  


Sunday School

You are invited to the Youth Center Sunday mornings from 9:45-10:45AM for Sunday School.  Please note, there will be no Sunday School on December 24 or December 31, 2017.

 


Trips 

High School Youth Winter Retreat

February 16-19, 2018
Come along on an adventure with Hope’s High School youth (and leaders) to a luxury 4,500 square foot cabin in beautiful Green Mountain, NC. Relax and refresh as we take part in a winter retreat like no other. Walk to the top of the tallest mountain east of the Mississippi, explore the depths of the Linville Caverns, chill in the hot tub, hang with friends, and play games all while growing deeper in God’s Word.  Sign up today for this 4 –day, 3-night retreat during the President’s Day holiday. Cost is $200, which includes transportation, lodging, parks fees, attractions, and meals (except for dinner on February 16).

Servant Event, Summer of 2018

NEW DATE: July 8-13, 2018
Serve alongside with other High School youth to rebuild homes that were destroyed/damaged during Hurricane Matthew. This will be a week of putting your faith into action. The Servant Event is a chance to get off of the couch, break out of your boring routine, and to use your hands and feet to do some serious work in service to others. The cost is $425 which includes meals, transportation, lodging, and supplies. Register by November 26 with the first deposit of $150.
