Pool Party!
August 26 from 2:00-4:00PM
What better way to end summer than with a POOL PARTY! All 5-6th graders and friends are welcome. Let’s “dive in” to the fun together and make the most out of August before fall comes around. Don’t forget your towel and sunscreen and bring a snack to share with the group! Meet at the Piacenti’s home (1608 Gracie Girl Way, Wake Forest) at 2:00PM.

5-6 Grade Tuesday Night Youth Group
Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30PM in the Youth Center
Summer is here! The fun continues on TUESDAY nights – a night dedicated just to 5-6 grade fun, fellowship, and faith! Get ready for crazy games, new and old friends, and interactive Bible studies! On the Second Tuesday (8/14) we’ll meet at Dairy Depot for ice cream.

Birthday Tradition for 5-6 Graders
Every month Steve McCarthy will host one big birthday get-together at Dairy Depot to celebrate everyone who had their birthday during that month. Even if you didn’t have a birthday that month, you are still welcome to show up and celebrate with the birthday kids! But if you did have a birthday that month you’ll get free ice cream or hot chocolate!

Sunday School

Stop by the youth center from 9:45-10:45am to play games, create artistic masterpieces, make friends, and strengthen their relationship with Jesus. It will be a fun combo of learning, playing, and creating! And don’t forget to BARF (Bring a Real Friend)!

The Confirmation Program at Hope

Confirmation is a time in a young person's faith life when they confirm the promise made at their baptism. Hope's program is two years during 5 & 6 grades. However, each year we have 7-9 graders who connect to Hope and go through the program as well. Students focus on a Lutheran understanding of the Bible and use the Catechism as a guide.
