Adult Handbell Choir Rehearsals
The Adult Choir sings Sunday mornings either at the 8:30AM or the 11:00AM service [+] . Their offering of music to the Lord is presented through a variety of medleys, composers and styles. The choir practices weekly, on Wednesday nights at 7:30PM, during the fall, winter and spring. Every year, on the 2nd weekend of December, the Adult Choir leads the worship services by performing a Christmas Cantata from selected composers. For more information about the Adult Choir please contact Pastor Phillip Sebastian at ESebastian@nc.rr.com Children’s ChoirThe Children’s Choir is open to all children in 1st thru 5th grades, and children in kindergarten are invited to join in January of each year. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays from 5:45-6:30PM in the upstairs choir room. The Children’s Choir alternates singing at the 8:30 or the 11:00AM service on selected Sundays. [+] . For more information about joining the Children’s Choir please contact Karen Johnson at ksjmail@aol.com Hand Bell ChoirsThe Hand Bell Choir is made up of Adult and Youth choirs—each offering a unique bell medley to the Lord on selected Sundays at either the 8:30 or the 11:00AM Sunday services [+] . The Adult Hand Bell Choir practices in the fall, winter and spring at 6:30PM on Wednesday nights and the Youth Hand Bells practice at 6:00PM on Wednesday nights during the same seasons. The team plays and sings a variety of current praise and worship music that give glory and honor to Jesus Christ as Savior. The team rehearses every Thursday evening at 6:30PM.
