AHG – American Heritage Girls

AHG is an organization dedicated to building women through service to God, family, community and country

Who We Are?
American Heritage Girls (AHG), in simple terms, is a Christian based scouting organization for all girls ages 5-18 (grades K-12)! AHG welcomes all girls, not just members of Hope, who are looking for friendship, character development and lots of fun in a Christian environment.

When
We meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday evenings at Hope Lutheran Children’s center from 6:30-8pm. We are open to all girls ages 5-18.

The AHG program emphasis is on:

• life enhancement
• leadership
• teamwork
• character development
• social development
• spiritual development

All of these emphases are accomplished through activities with peers as girls work on a variety of different badges in areas such as Science and Technology or Outdoor skills. Service is an integral part of AHG as girls learn teamwork and leadership skills through community service.
